Let your band and audience experience the hot sunny beaches and historic splendor of this ancient country. This short piece fully reflects the atmosphere of Greece: white houses against a clear blue sky near the sea, sandy beaches, tiny streets, and arches in quaint fishing villages.

Jeremiah Clarke (c. 1674-1707) belongs to a generation of English composers following that of Henry Purcell. Not much is known about his early life, but by 1685 he was a chorister of the Chapel Royal, a group of liturgical musicians attached to the court. He held the post of organist at Winchester College from 1692 but later returned to London as Master of the Choristers at St. Paul's Cathedral. The Prince of Denmark's March is perhaps his best-known work and was originally written for harpsichord, although Clarke later included it in a collection of pieces for wind instruments.

We proudly bring you another one of Robert van Beringen's spectacular arrangements of popular classical works, based on Franz Schubert's famous song, The Trout, Op. 32, composed in 1817. Schubert liked the melody so much he used it again in his Trout Quintet in 1819. This arrangement will both charm and delight your audience. Dur: 3:55

Jan Van der Roost composed Dances of Innocence to commemorate a girl who passed away at the tender age of 14. In contrast to the somber, joyless tone such a memory usually invokes, it is a rather cheerful work that reflects the innocence and lightheartedness of a child. It does open in a serious mood, but quickly becomes more energetic and turns into a dance. Dances of Innocence is an ode to all the beauty, sincerity and cheerfulness that a child radiates. Jubilate's main theme comes from the Gregorian chant on the psalm Jubliate Deo omnis terra. The work itself was inspired by the sacred history of the Waldkirch (a forest village) community, located on the Swiss/German border. It tells a tale of the Irish and Scottish monks who build the first wooden church at the site of what is now Waldkirch; of the dramatic events, good and bad, that have taken place over the centuries; and of the flourishing community that has withstood the trials of time.
