Please note that we do not deliver or process any orders outside Australia.

By browsing this website or registering as a member of our website or confirming your order either through our checkout pages, via email, fax or verbally, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Any goods, services or information displayed on this website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy a product or service on the website.

Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for delivery, if applicable, will be added at the checkout. Delivery and repairs can only be made to addresses in Australia.

Whilst Creative Music will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including GST.

Payment Terms
Payment method available for Internet orders at this time are as follows:

We accept VISA or MasterCard. Please select your preferred payment option when placing an order. If a method other than payment by credit card is selected a staff member will contact you by email or phone with payment instructions.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your credit card details, Creative Music cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties.

Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. The goods may differ slightly from the images shown. We reserve the right to substitute products of a similar description and standard if the requested goods are not available but will use reasonable endeavours to match your order exactly. In the unlikely event of you receiving a substituted product you, the buyer, shall be entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, should the substituted product not be acceptable to you.

Any e-mail, order confirmation, or other electronic acknowledgment by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Creative Music of your order. Acceptance of your order, and the completion of the contract between you and Creative Music, will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

How to Order
You can simply order any item from www.creativemusic.com.au by choosing an item and quantity and clicking ‘Order’. This will place the item (or items if you chose more than one) in your Shopping Cart. You can check the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking ‘View Cart’. This will allow you to continue shopping after reviewing the contents, remove items from the Shopping Cart or Proceed to Checkout where you make the purchase of your selected items.

If you are not already registered on our site you can ‘Start as new user’ by clicking ‘Sign Up’. Here you will enter your name and address details and then you can continue shopping or purchase the goods you have already selected.

If you are already registered on our site you can Login with your surname and email address and then you can continue shopping or purchase the goods you have already selected.

At all times a summary of your shopping cart contents and their value will be displayed near the top left hand corner of every page.

When you decide to complete your purchase you can click ‘Checkout’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and a page will display where you can verify your customer details and select a delivery address for your purchase and add any Order Comments and Special Requests.

After clicking ‘Continue’ a page will display giving all the details of your purchase, including any delivery costs, customer information and delivery information. If you are satisfied that all the details are correct you can click ‘Order Now!’This will take you to the Payment Information page in which you can enter your credit card details. Clicking ‘continue’ displays an Order Confirmation page.

Order Confirmation
When we provide any goods to you, the buyer, under these terms and conditions, payment will be charged to the credit card account provided by you on the website order form. By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided on the order form on the Payment Information Page.

An email confirming your order is then sent to you at the email address you provided on registering. This email will confirm receipt of your order and contains the details of your order. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. However, we do have the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, incorrectly priced or cleared funds are not received. Creative Music takes payment immediately by authorising and settling all transactions as soon as the customer's address has been verified by their issuing bank. If a product is not available to dispatch at the time of the order, the payment taken will be regarded as a prepayment. This is for our security as well as yours. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Creative Music reserves the right to rescind the contract if there are any errors in the contract, even if such errors are the fault of Creative Music. Creative Music also reserves the right to cancel the contract if the goods should prove unobtainable. The customer may cancel the contract if the price quoted in the contract is in error or if the goods are unobtainable within 28 days of placing the order. All goods are offered subject to being unsold.

Tracking your order
You are able to track the status and progress of you order at any time via the website. Simply click ‘My Account’ and on the Customer Service page presented click ‘Review Previous Orders’. Click ‘Yes’ under ‘Track’ for the order you would like to track and all relevant tracking and status messages will be displayed.

Company details and regulation
Creative Music is owned by Australian Music Education Services Pty Ltd. Whilst Australian Music Education Services Pty Ltd has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within the pages of this site is accurate, current and complies with the relevant Australian State and Federal legislation and regulations as at the date of issue, errors or omissions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Creative Music does not accept liability for the following:

• Spelling inaccuracies, product description errors, grammatical errors, incorrect manufacturers specifications, incorrect prices.
• Photos, pictures and illustrations on this site should be taken for display purposes only and may not be the exact model described. Colours may vary where applicable.
• All Trademarks are the property of their respective Owners. Links on this website may point to materials, products, information and resources on servers which are not under the control of Creative Music. Creative Music accepts no responsibility for accuracy, availability and content of the products or resources on these links. Every effort is made to ensure that links are updated and the resources, products and materials are appropriate in content.

Queries and Complaints
We aim to respond to e-mail, faxed and written queries within 24 hours. In respect of complaints, we will consider the nature of the complaint and will contact you within 21 days of the complaint giving you the result of the enquiries and what we propose should be done.

These terms & conditions only apply to goods purchased online. These conditions and Creative Music’s contract with you are subject to the Laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and its States.
