This arrangement of a traditional Scottish folk song is part of the Randy Stenson Male Chorus Series.

It will be hard to keep your feet still when this number starts. Besides the dancing piano accompaniment, the use of ad lib spoons makes it even more fun. Veteran writer, Shirley McRae, was commissioned to write this arrangement by the Cache Children's Choir in Logan, Utah. This is a winner!

This famous work by Rachmaninoff is known for its beautiful, wandering melody over a luscious chamaeleon-like harmonic foundation. In this arrangement, the accompaniment has been simplified somewhat and a second vocal line added to complement the primary theme. An excellent introduction to the Romantic era!
