All Quiet Along the Potomac Tonight is meditative in style and includes several typical camp songs, many reflecting a soldier's loneliness. The finale features When Johnny Comes Marching Home. Civil War Suite remains one of the very best band publications based on the rich, musical heritage from America's past.
