A marvelously engaging Flute or Mallet Percussion feature! We are often so focused on presenting the entire ensemble that its easy to forget we can also program solo feature pieces. There are so many reasons to do just that. It rewards that special player who has been working so hard. It sets an example for other players in the section. It provides a nice contrast regardless of what else is programmed. We're sure you'll like it.
