Dedicated to the Asbury College Concert Band, Dr. Lynn Cooper, Conductor Finale for a Winter Festival was composed in response to many requests for a finale-type Winter Festival piece after the enormous success of the composer's earlier work titled Overture for a Winter Festival (Curnow Music Press, Inc.).
